This Privacy Policy explains what information EdgeLock (“we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. EdgeLock is a quant-analytics product for Valve's game Deadlock. It applies to edgelock.online and any page that links to it.

1. Who we are & scope

   EdgeLock provides analytics on Deadlock players and matches. This policy covers personal data we process when you use the site, view a report, or contact us. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.

   EdgeLock is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

2. Data we collect

   Contact data: if you use the contact form, we store the email address and any message you send so we can reply and keep a record of the request.

   Match & performance data: our ratings are computed from Deadlock match and replay data that is public or made available through official and community data sources. This data concerns in-game accounts and matches, not your real-world identity.

   Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting technical data (such as page requests) needed to operate and secure the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use your data

   To provide and improve the analytics and reports; to respond to your enquiries; to operate, secure, and debug the site; and to comply with legal obligations.

   We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

   Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (e.g. optional analytics cookies and submitting the contact form); our legitimate interests (operating and securing the site, computing analytics from public match data); and legal obligation where relevant.

5. Sharing

   We share data only with service providers that host or operate the site on our behalf, and only as needed. We may disclose data where required by law. We do not sell data to third parties.

6. Retention

   We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter, then delete them. Aggregated or anonymised analytics may be kept longer.

7. Your rights
